Salesforce implemented as the Customer Relations Management system for TEF. All donors, donations, students, career coaches and student Dave Dollars earnings are under the umbrella of the world’s most widely used CRM. Its implementation was recommended by the Executive MBA students during the Goizueta Business School study just a few months ago and it is now in place.
